PRP-X100 The Hamilton PRP-X100 material is an anion exchanger based on polystyrene / divinylbenzene. It is used both for the separation of inorganic and organic anions, which are in the concentration range of 10 to 500 ppm. Typical applications include the separation of the eight most common anions (fluoride to sulfate) or the determination of fluoride from immersion baths. Unlike many other polymer-based columns, Hamilton PRP-X100 columns can operate from 0-100% organic content in the eluent. As a result, on the one hand, even very hydrophobic anions can be eluted from the separation column and, on the other hand, the column can be very easily cleaned of hydrophobic impurities. The Hamilton PRP-X100 columns are stable over the entire pH range (0-14). The filling materials are available in columns with different inside diameters from 1 mm to 50.8 mm, both in stainless steel and in PEEK. Precolumns are available for analytical, semi-preparative and preparative use.
