HC-75
HC-75 The Hamilton HC-75 material is a strong cation exchanger based on polystyrene / divinylbenzene. This soft gel column with a degree of cross-linking of 7.5% is used for the ligand-chromatographic separation of carbohydrates. With these columns, it is possible to separate even oligosaccharides up to DP8 under the simplest separation conditions - as mobile phase only pure water at high temperatures is used. For detection, the RI detector is usually used for these separations. This material is available in three forms: While the hydrogen form is suitable for all USP L17 applications, the calcium form is ideal for all USP L19 applications and the lead form is ideal for all USP L34 applications. The filling materials are available in columns with three different inside diameters, 4.1 mm, 7.8 mm and 10.0 mm and in stainless steel. There are precolumns in the hydrogen and the carbonate form.
